Job Vacancies Available:

1. Customer Support Executive (2 Position -Part/Full Time Available)

• Manage day to day operation at  Yezzar.com
• Support customer and client issues related to server, web hosting, email marketing support and other related task at  Yezzar.com (Training Provided)
• Handle helpdesk tickets in general sent to Ideasia Consultancy

2. Email Deliverability Experts  (1 Position – Part/Full Time Available)

• Keep an eye on day to day of email deliverability operation
  (PowerMTA, our customer facing application, mail server processes etc)
• Able to troubleshoot problems in the sending processes and provide fix
• Consult new ways to increase our Yezzar.com email deliverability

Requirement

1. Able to speak and write fluently in English ( able to speak Malay is a bonus, but not necessary)

2. Located either in Kuala Lumpur/ Kajang area (preferably, but not required as well)

3. Able to work independently on your own and also as a team when needed.
